We require all deliveries to be handled through our verified auto transport partners. Here's why: Your 7-day inspection period and money-back guarantee begin upon delivery, and the vehicle technically remains under our purchase contract during this time. Using our licensed, insured carriers ensures proper chain of custody, protects your warranty rights, and provides documented proof of delivery condition. This protects you legally and ensures your buyer protection remains valid. Self-pickup would void these protections.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your purchase amount and delivery distance:
• Purchases under $2,000 (Apple Pay): FREE shipping included - we cover the full delivery cost anywhere in the continental US.
• Purchases over $2,000 (Wire Transfer): First 500 miles are FREE. Beyond 500 miles, it's just $0.50 per mile.
For example, if you're 800 miles away and buying a $15,000 vehicle, your delivery cost would be: (800 - 500) × $0.50 = $150. Shipping cost is added to your final invoice and included in your total payment. All deliveries include full insurance and GPS tracking.
Are there hidden charges or processing fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay (plus applicable shipping if over 500 miles). There are no processing fees, transaction fees, dealer fees, or documentation fees. Your final invoice will show: vehicle price + shipping cost (if applicable) = total amount due. That's it. What you see online is what you pay - we believe in complete transparency.
When does the Inspection Period start?
Your 7-day inspection period begins the moment the vehicle is delivered to your specified location. Once our carrier confirms delivery and you sign for receipt, the clock starts. You'll have a full 7 days from that delivery timestamp to inspect the vehicle, test drive it, have your mechanic examine it, and decide if you're keeping it. We'll send you an email confirmation with the exact start and end dates of your inspection period when delivery is completed.
What if I need to return the vehicle during the inspection period?
If the vehicle doesn't match our condition report or has undisclosed issues, we cover ALL return shipping costs - you pay nothing. However, if you simply change your mind or decide you don't want it for personal reasons unrelated to the vehicle's condition, you're responsible for return transport costs. Either way, you get a full refund of the purchase price. We just need the return shipping covered if it's a change of heart rather than a vehicle quality issue.
How long do I have to inspect the vehicle?
You have a full 7 days (168 hours) from delivery to thoroughly inspect and test your vehicle. During this week, you can drive it, take it to your trusted mechanic for inspection, verify all features
work as described, and ensure it matches our condition report. If you're satisfied - great, enjoy your vehicle! If you find any issues we didn't disclose, contact us for a return and full refund. No pressure, no rush - take the full week to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
What happens if my payment doesn't go through?
We don't ship any vehicle until your payment is fully verified and cleared. This protects both of us - you won't receive a vehicle until we confirm your funds, and we won't release inventory without confirmed payment. If there's an issue with your wire transfer or Apple Pay transaction, we'll contact you immediately to resolve it. The vehicle remains available to you while we sort out any payment issues, but it won't ship until payment clears successfully.
Can I make multiple payments?
Typically, no - we require payment in full. However, we understand that arranging large wire transfers or financing can take time. In select situations, we may work with you on a deposit arrangement to secure the vehicle while you finalize payment. This isn't guaranteed and depends on the circumstances, vehicle price, and your timeline. Reach out to our team - if it makes sense, we'll find a solution. Any deposit is non-refundable and you'll have 48-72 hours to complete full payment.
